Lisa Niscoromni has more than 20 years of experience in economic development, government relations, and corporate real estate, with a focus on public-private partnerships, site selection, and complex redevelopment initiatives. Her work spans both the public and private sectors, where she advises clients on strategic growth, redevelopment, and investment opportunities.
Her practice includes economic development incentives, regulatory affairs, corporate real estate strategy, redevelopment finance, and stakeholder engagement. She works with a wide range of clients, including manufacturers, municipalities, developers, and companies navigating market entry, expansion, and large-scale investment decisions.
Throughout her career, Lisa has led initiatives involving corporate site selection, incentive negotiations, public funding strategies, and policy development for emerging technologies and infrastructure projects. She is known for building collaborative relationships among business leaders, government officials, and community stakeholders to deliver practical solutions to complex challenges. Her experience managing redevelopment projects, regulatory advocacy efforts, and strategic real estate initiatives gives her a unique ability to align business objectives with public and community interests.
Lisa earned her JD from DePaul University College of Law, an MPA in Public Administration with a concentration in Economic Development from Wayne State University, and a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and served as a registered lobbyist in multiple jurisdictions. She has served on professional and nonprofit boards supporting real estate, leadership development, and community impact initiatives. Lisa is admitted to practice law in Michigan.
Outside of her professional work, Lisa enjoys music, theater, travel, and observing architecture and urban planning in cities around the world.
