Partner Matthew Schenk has more than a decade of experience in management side labor negotiations through his time in government and within the private sector. Schenk has also represented employees in EEOC discrimination cases and in negotiating severance agreements. Partner Thomas P. Bruetsch has been involved in litigation involving the enforceability of non-compete clauses as well as actions under the Michigan Commissioned Sales Representative statute. Schenk and Bruetsch have also negotiated executive compensation agreements with large universities. Partner David Jones is a Certified Player Representative for the National Football League and has negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts on behalf of his clients, as we as representing then in arbitrations and employment disputes.
