SCHENK & BRUETSCH WINS DISMISSAL OF OVER A DOZEN RELATED CLASS ACTION AND MULTI-PLAINTIFF LAWSUITS

Schenk & Bruetsch lawyers recently assisted our client, a public utility, in defeating multiple class action and multi-plaintiff lawsuits. The cases featured hundreds of individual plaintiffs and potentially thousands more in class action lawsuits, in cases filed by multiple plaintiffs’ attorneys. The court agreed with Schenk & Bruetsch counsel Thomas Bruetsch’s argument that the firm’s client could not have caused plaintiffs’ alleged injuries, and dismissed the case in its early stages based on the firm’s briefing and legal analysis.
