Schenk & Bruetsch PLC successfully won a case at the Michigan Court of Appeals

In July of 2020, Schenk & Bruetsch PLC successfully won a case at the Michigan Court of Appeals validating the right of the Dearborn Heights City Council to hire outside counsel and consultants to perform a financial review of the City’s financial affairs. This case was widely reported in local papers and confirmed the prior ruling of the Honorable Judge Muriel Hughes.
