Schenk & Bruetsch PLC Names Employment Lawyer Lindsey R. Johnson Partner

Detroit-based law firm Schenk & Bruetsch PLC is pleased to announce that attorney Lindsey R. Johnson has been named a partner in the firm. Ms. Johnson is an experienced litigator, counselor and advocate who is starting her 20^th year practicing law. Ms. Johnson leads Schenk & Bruetsch’s employment law practice and also has extensive municipal law experience, with clients including Oakland County, the City of Inkster, and the City of Hamtramck.

One of Ms. Johnson’s unique specialties is defending wrongful conviction claims. These cases fit Lindsey’s blend of employment and municipal expertise and Ms. Johnson has become a sought-after advocate in this field.

In addition to her work at Schenk & Bruetsch, Ms. Johnson is the current Chair of the Employment Law Committee of the Oakland Bar Association. She has also served on the Municipal Law Committee and the Professional Development Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association. In her spare time, she serves as President of the Parent Teacher Association at Hillside Elementary School in Farmington Hills.
