Schenk & Bruetsch gets win in Court of Appeals

The Court of Appeals recently released a favorable opinion for a Schenk & Bruetsch client in a Freedom of Information Act case. Reversing the trial court, the court of appeals rejected the defenses proffered by the defendant public body and held that our client prevailed on its claims and was entitled to mandatory attorney fees.
