Schenk & Bruetsch and Thomas Bruetsch Named “Recommended Attorney and Firm in Michigan” by The Appellate Lawyers.

The national publication The Appellate Lawyers has named Schenk & Bruetsch and Thomas Bruetsch as its recommended firm and attorney for the State of Michigan for 2022/23. Following a lengthy nomination, research and selection process, which results in the selection of one firm per state, the publication announced its selection this week. Bruetsch recently won a major appellate decision in the Michigan Supreme Court, in which a unanimous court ruled in favor of his client in a complex tax credit matter. That case received extensive coverage in industry publications.
