FIRM DEFENDS DETROIT CHURCH; COUNTER-SUES CITY OF DETROIT

Schenk & Bruetsch recently appeared in defense of Detroit’s Perfecting Church in a lawsuit with the City of Detroit concerning its church development in the City’s Palmer Woods neighborhood. Partner David Jones filed defenses and a counter-suit against the City, asserting violations of the Church’s due process and other rights. The case has received considerable media attention.
