The Schenk & Bruetsch Spotlight: Employment Attorney Lindsey Johnson

For the month of May, Schenk & Bruetsch is excited to place a spotlight on Partner Lindsey Johnson, and the work she has done volunteering with the Oakland County Bar Association. A longtime member of the Oakland Bar Association, Schenk & Bruetsch’s premier employment attorney, Lindsey Johnson, has deepened her commitment to sharpening her analytical and consulting skills in employment law matters by becoming active in the Oakland County Bar Association’s employment law committee. As a member of the Committee, Partner Johnson has served as the former Chair and Vice Chair of the committee, in addition to presenting on hot employment topics ranging from AI in the workplace to the Michigan Legislature’s recent changes to the Earned Sick Time Act. Partner Johnson has now taken on the Committee’s Legislative Liaison position wherein she reports to the Committee members on pending employment bills in the Michigan Legislature, and also interacts with the Bar Association’s lobbyist in order to stay abreast of all employment issues in Lansing.

We are also excited to announce that Lindsey Johnson will be a member of a panel of speakers at the upcoming Employment Committee’s 2025 Employment Law Year in Review set for June 10, 2025. Schenk & Bruetsch is proud of Attorney Johnson’s commitment to honing her expertise in the employment law arena and sharing her expertise with our business clients.
