Pachia Rahal

Pachia Rahal has over ten years experience as a seasoned trial attorney. Prior to joining Schenk & Bruetsch PLC, she worked as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office personally handling over thousands of cases, ranging from traffic offenses to Homicides. She has experience in both the juvenile and adult courts. Her area of expertise is criminal defense. In her time with the firm, she has expanded her areas of practice to contract formation and disputes, and administrative law hearings involving benefit or licensing disputes.

Pachia is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Michigan Asian Pacific American Association. She is licensed to practice both in State and Federal court. She understands that the legal process and litigation can be daunting, and makes it her goal to keep clients well-informed, while being a tremendous advocate for their needs.

She is a 2003 graduate of Michigan State University and a 2008 graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she was on the Dean’s List and ranked as a Top 5 Moot Court Advocate.
